Podotykam ze je to reakcia , a opravnena, jedneho clena tohto fora. S Top Autom mam tiez zle skusenosti.
Good Morning,
I must inform you as a Volvo V70 2,5 D owner about terrible things going on in “Volvo service center in Bratislava” (T.O.P. AUTO Slovakia, a.s., Rožňavská 30, 821 04 Bratislava), how they communicate and treat their customers.
My story begins on the 25. of November 2010, when I lost my car key (It was the only one I had). I ordered a new one in the service mentioned above for 120 Euro (I was paying 62 Euro in advance). Mr Krajmer (employee of this service) told me, that it will take maximum 48 hours, till the key arrives, but normally it arrives the next day and if I bring the car till 16:00 on the day of the key arrival, they will code the new key in an half an hour. I was very happy about this and got home. The next day Mr. Krajmer called me at 13:00, that the new key had arrived and without any „excuse“, he told me, that I cant bring the car, that they do not have any serviceman free, so he gave me a number of a serviceman (Mr. Krajačič) and told me, that I shall call him and ask for a day and hour of coding the key. I was sad about it. So I called Mr. Krajacic and we agreed that I bring the car on Tuesday 30. 11. 2010 at 14:30 and so I did (I payed 100 Euro for the tow track). I waited for an half hour and after that, Mr. Krajačič told me, that they need more info from Volvo Sweden to code the key and they will call me, as soon, as the key will be coded. He told me it will take maximum 3 days (again without any excuse). My car had to stay in the service. I called Mr. Krajacic several times after, if there is something new, and he told me, that there might be something wrong with my immobiliser. He was totally wrong, because on Friday (3.12.2010) I called Mr. Krajačič, and he told me, that the key, they ordered is bad and they need to order a new one from Volvo. It will take max 48 hours he told me (again without any excuse). On the 6. of December 2010 I called Mr. Krajačič and he told me, that the key is coded but there are some „administrative problems“ and he will call me tomorrow, because Mr. Krajmer, who ordered the „bad key” was not at work (again without any excuse). He did not call me the next day, so I called him and he told me, that he needs to go to the dentist and that the car key is ready (again without nay excuse) and I can go for it and so I did. I payed the rest of the total 58 Euro. My car and the car key gave me another employee of the service (again without any excuse).
I am quite angry about this kind of customer communication of both these employees of the service mentioned above and this disinformation. If this is the way Volvo communicates and performs service, I am very surprised, that you have any customers. I hope you will do something with this Volvo service center and also want to tell you, that this was the last time I visited this service center. What kind of compensation could you offer me for all this wrong doing of the service center mentioned above (my car was standing still for 10 days instead of 2 days, I had to borrow a car because of that, I had to begg them, just to know, why it takes so long and they were rude and arrogant to me).

zakazdym, ked som od nich cokolvek chcel boli arogantni. problem je tam vobec sa dovolat a ked uz sa podari, tak bud nevedia alebo povedia nieco, co nie je pravda. nastastie, vzdy ma dostatocne odradili a nevyuzil som ich sluzby.
nechcem robit reklamu a skutocne s nimi nemam nic viac ako bezny zakaznik, ale plkw auto v petrzalke je uplny opak.. nikdy sa mi nestalo, aby som sa nedovolal. volali mi sami, slubene terminy platili na 95% a kvalita prace vyborna, cena, ked uz musite do autorizaku, tak aj tak o tretinu nizsia ako v top auto.
moj nazor, top auto robi aj jaguare a landrovre, oni to maju v pazi. vacsina je aj tak firemnych aut. donesu, pobudne to tam ako dlho sa im to paci, vymenia vsetko mozne, hlavne firma zaplati peknu palku. koho zaujima nejaky sukromny zakaznik, ktoremu je auto milacikom, boji sa onho a zle spi ked je v servise.

Ako na druhú stranu kamarát od nich kupoval Land Rover Discovery 3 a nemal s nimi problém, ani so servisom .... ale je fakt že tam nechal za neho dobre cez milion tak k takým asi inak pristupujú ... tiež som sa obvikle nedovolal.. a cenu diagnostiky mi stanovili asi takto že 30 - 120 eur... a ja sa ho pýtam to je kolko ? 34,80 alebo 119,90 ??? že tak ako odhadol ... .. odvtedy som im nevolal ...

na obranu TOP auta napisem svoje skusenosti, ked som potreboval nejaky diel oni jediny ho vedeli spolu s PLKw dodat do 24hod po objednani a cena TOP a PLKW nebola moc odlisna.
Ked som kupoval minulu zimu original chladiacu zmes tak mi chalan daroval skrabku volvo zadara ako darcek dali sme rec a ukazoval som mu nase stranky+ obzrel si moju V40 vonku.
Takze ja s nimi problem zatial nemam.
Ale to co sa stalo Petovi je mrzute, je fajn ked sa to dostane dalej

cawte! no ja som raz potreboval od TOP auto radu. Najprv radili - nalozte auto v ZM a do servisu v BA na odtahovke. no na naliehanie mi poradili, teda okolo iduci mechanik cez telefon aj uhadol moj problem ( teda na remeni cerpadla sa znicili zuby remena akurat v casti remenice a teda sa cerpadlo neotacalo! ) kupil som si remen, vymenil a jazdi doteraz.
Ale, ako som tu uz niekde pisal. bol som si skontrolovat auto, ako je na tom po zdravotnej stranke som sa nedockal!!! aj ked som bol objednany! nakoniec na auto kukli, ale viac tam nepojdem!!! a zla reklama sa tiez rata...

Ak nastane v prevodovke chyba, sipka zacne blikat, pri vsetkych modoch..
PS: Do W-modu prepinaj len ak mas na Ekonomy rezime neriesitelny problem sa niekam po lade z pol kopca vyštverať, je to mod urceny na rozbiehanie sa na lade a snehu ked nepomaha ani TRACKS (kontrola trakcie) ani hladkanie plynu, na dlhodobe presuny nieje vhodny ani urceny

aha ako nechcem mudrovat st andy ale mne sa zda ze mi to minulu zimu neslietelo ak si dobre pametam a wickey pisal som si s jednim chalanom tu na fore a zevraj vie tam vybavyt diagnostyku a pytal som sa konkretne na moju volvinu a povedal ze neni problem za mu mam cinknut ked budem potrabovat taak neviem teraz som fakt s toho jelen alebo SOB

Nebud z toho jelen ani sob, taka je pravda. Sipka pri modoch W, 3, 4 alebo L svieti Pri chybe blika. Na vsetkych automatoch 850/70
